2. If a Visitor does not agree with any of the Conditions of Entry, then that Visitor should immediately leave the Centre by a designated exit.
3. Each Visitor must comply with all rules and directions displayed within the Centre and any directions given to you by Centre Management.
4. The Centre is private property, and Centre Management reserves the right to refuse the admission of any Visitor to the Centre and may remove any Visitor from the Centre at any time for any reason.

6. The Owners are committed to providing a safe and inclusive environment at the Centre, free from all forms of discrimination, harassment, sexual harassment and other unlawful behaviour. Visitors who engage in such behaviour may be directed to leave the Centre.
7. The Surveillance Systems are in operation at all times, and this includes facial recognition technology that records facial images and biometric information. This is sensitive information, which is a type of personal information.
8. Each Visitor agrees that by voluntarily entering or remaining within the Centre, the Surveillance Systems will record, capture and store their biometric information, image, likeness and movements. Audio recordings will be made of Visitors through body-worn cameras only.
9. This personal information is reasonably necessary for the functions and activities of the Owner in operating the Centre, including for the purposes of the public safety, crime prevention, the identification of banned persons, the protection of Visitors, the protection of Centre assets, incident and emergency response, and other purposes permitted by law.
10. By voluntarily entering or remaining within the Centre, each Visitor agrees to the Owner's Privacy Policy and consents to the collection of personal information through the Surveillance Systems. Visitors who do consent to the collection of this personal information cannot enter the Centre.
11. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Owner is not liable for any loss, death, damage or injury to any property or person including, without limitation, damage to vehicles, theft of any valuables from a vehicle or on a Visitor at the Centre, theft or loss of personal property left at the Centre, or for any other loss or damage of whatever nature to any individual, personal property, or vehicle and/or its contents, that are brought to, or used, at or within the Centre. Visitors release the Owner from all claims related to such matters, except where the loss, death, damage or injury is directly caused by the negligence of the Owner or Centre Management.
22. To the maximum extent permitted by law, any Visitor who causes damage or loss to another Visitor, the Centre, or any property or goods at the Centre (‘incidents’), is liable for all direct, consequential or special loss, damage or injury caused.
